Shipping Methods


Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.

All parcels are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.

I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?

Please allow 10 working days before your photograph is sent as your order is custom printed just for you. Please note that we don’t keep stock of our prints; we have them printed individually for each customer order.

Once your print has been purchased online, the image is then sent to the lab for printing. We then collect, inspect, package and send the prints as soon as your image is ready. Production takes ten days with the addition to receiving your order.

Please note: If you have selected Express Shipping at checkout, this applies to delivery after the print has been produced and has arrived in our studio.

Australian customers should receive their print purchases within 5 to 10 business days of transaction of payment.

International deliveries please allow 8 to 15 business days for delivery, but know that this may vary slightly due to possible shipping or customs delays. Please remember that if this occurs, import duties are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased product.

What is the cost of shipping products?

For a shipping estimate - add the size you would like to your cart and go to the checkout page to enter your address. You can view the shipping cost before checking out.

If more than one print is purchased, strictly 3 prints per mailing tube can be packaged together. Once initial payment has been received, we will then refund the cost of multiple shipping charges and you will only be charged the one shipping cost of the largest sized print - *Strictly 3 prints per mailing tube can be packaged together*.

International Deliveries

All international purchases will attract a shipping charge, which will be calculated at time of checkout.

International Duties & Taxes

Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

Stephanie Janett is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

 

Do I need to sign for my packaged delivery?

If your order is less than $500 the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $500 your package WILL require a signature. Stephanie Janett is not responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.

 


Returns Policy


All sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy.

We are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. All of our products are custom printed on order, so please select your products carefully, as there are no refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

Any damaged/deemed unusable or incorrect prints sent, are eligible for replacement. Any damage to the outer edges (1 cm) of the paper will not be considered damaged that will deem the print unusable, as this will either be covered up during the framing process or not directly impact specifically the image quality itself.

As we personally inspect and package the prints ourselves, they are shipped in nothing but a perfect condition. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. On the day of your delivery please carefully inspect your shipping package and print. In the unfortunate event that a print arrives damaged through the delivery process, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

We require all damaged or incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Be sure to document/photograph any/all impurities and include this information when contacting us regarding your damaged item. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 7 days of receiving item. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to replace an item. 

If you have received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

Our goods come with the statutory guarantees imposed by the Australian Consumer Law. You can read more about your rights in regards to ‘refunds, repairs and replacements’ from the Consumer Affairs Website.


Delivery Estimates & Tracking


Can I track my item?

Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

All emails will be sent to your Paypal or Stripe address – check there first for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email here and you’ll hear from us as soon as possible.
